iDj lets you delete your account and all associated data at any time — both from inside the app and by contacting us directly. This page explains exactly what is deleted, what is retained, and how to submit a deletion request.

1. How to Delete Your Account In-App

The fastest way to delete your iDj account is directly from the app:

  1. Open the iDj app and sign in to your account.
  2. Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Profile screen until you see the Danger Zone section.
  4. Tap Delete My Account.
  5. Read the confirmation dialog that lists what will be deleted, then tap Delete Account.
  6. Type DELETE in the confirmation field and tap Delete Account again.
  7. Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted immediately.

2. How to Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us through our contact page (Privacy & Data section) with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and the email address linked to your iDj account. We will process your request within 30 days.

Account deletion is immediate and irreversible. Once confirmed, your data cannot be recovered. If you later wish to use iDj again you will need to create a new account.
